1. Cloth is washed and bleached in peroxide solution.

2. The color chemical is prepaid in solution of natural gum (Plant extract).

3. Printing is done by wooden blocks or screen.

4. It is kept in sunlight for drying.

5. Washing is done in cold water in which sulfuric acid and nitric acid solution.

6. It is then washed in normal water for 7 to 8 time very thoroughly.

7. The printed material is sending for finishing and processing.
